Funding Award Opportunities

OVERVIEW AND SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Opportunities for Harold Hamm Diabetes Center members include funding awards and access to core facilities. A variety of funding awards is available to HHDC members to encourage the further development of their work. Award applications are evaluated on a competitive, peer-reviewed basis by the Harold Hamm Member Awards Committee. There are two main award periods – one in the fall and one in the spring. Additional awards, such as matching awards to other funding opportunities, will be announced as they become available.

PLEASE NOTE THAT APPLICANTS MUST HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED FOR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS. To apply for membership, please click here.

To submit your award application, please follow the Submission Instructions contained within the Grant Guidelines specific to the award for which you are applying. NOTE THAT ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO HHDC as indicated in the Submission Instructions.

Travel Stipend applications may be submitted at any time during the year outside of the regular Spring and Fall award cycles based on extreme circumstances outside of the applicant’s control, such as registration, acceptance of invitations to present, or similar deadlines.  Such requests must be sufficiently justified as noted in “Application Materials.”  Every effort will be made to review applications and accommodate in such circumstances.  However, due to available funding limits, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that applications can be reviewed.  Please contact Katie Hoefling in HHDC Administration at katie-hoefling@ouhsc.edu or (405) 271-2824 in advance of starting an application.
