WHAT IS CAMP BLUE HAWK? A residential, overnight camp for youth with type 1 diabetes and a program of Harold Hamm Diabetes Center, Oklahoma’s largest diabetes care team
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND? Youth ages 9-16 with type 1 diabetes
2018 DATES: June 1-5 (Friday to Tuesday)
LOCATION: St. Crispin's Episcopal Camp & Conference Center, Wewoka, OK | Website | Map
COST: $400 is the share of camp costs required from camper families. Camperships are available; no applicant will be turned away for an inability to pay.
HOW/WHEN CAN I APPLY TO ATTEND? Applications for our 2018 session will open on January 15th. Notification of acceptance/waitlist will be emailed by March. Watch this page for more details as those dates draw closer.
