Publication Submission & Approval Form (PDF)   To ensure that all publications representing Harold Hamm Diabetes Center convey a consistent and accurate message and image, all materials that will be externally disseminated or in public view to a broad audience must first be reviewed by Harold Hamm Marketing. Use this form to submit media (e.g. manuscripts, copy, artwork) that have already been produced. To request that a publication be produced for you, contact Harold Hamm Marketing.

Use the vertical logo only when it is 1) centered horizontally on the page or surface and 2) unaccompanied by other logos directly to its left or right. For all other applications, default to the horizontal logo (above).

Special-Case Logos

For general applications of the center’s logo, please use one of the file versions provided here. Under special circumstances, Harold Hamm Marketing may provide a modified logo. Please email your detailed request, and we will address your needs as quickly as possible.
