OVERVIEW AND SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Opportunities for Harold Hamm Diabetes Center members include funding awards and access to core facilities. A variety of funding awards is available to HHDC members to encourage the further development of their work. Award applications are evaluated on a competitive, peer-reviewed basis by the Harold Hamm Member Awards Committee. There are two main award periods – one in the fall and one in the spring. Additional awards, such as matching awards to other funding opportunities, will be announced as they become available.

To submit your award application, please follow the Submission Instructions contained within the Grant Guidelines specific to the award for which you are applying. NOTE THAT ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO HHDC as indicated in the Submission Instructions.

Travel Stipend applications may be submitted at any time during the year. Preference will be given to travel for:
- Presentations at national professional society meetings promoting the member’s work and HHDC
- Chairing or serving on a committee or panel
- Development or continuation of collaborative and educational relationships at other research institutions
- Travel matched or partially funded from other sources
CURRENT AWARD OPPORTUNITIES
Travel Stipend | To support (a) the development or continuation of collaborative relationships at other research institutions, and (b) the professional development and presentation of center member’s work at professional meetings, through the awarding of funding for travel and associated costs. Maximum award: $2,000.
